(Senior) HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

As (Senior) HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you play a central role in this development: You advise our leaders at eye level, design sustainable organizational structures, and ensure that personnel decisions are both strategically sound and legally founded.

• You advise proactively our leaders on all personal relevant questions and support them in further organizational development and structural growth.
• You support in performance and development issues at team and individual level and actively accompany change processes and drive personal transformation themes.
• You work closely with management on strategic and operational personnel planning and lead out headcount developments, forecasts, and capacity analyses to determine the right priorities; based on clear KPIs, you give data-driven recommendations and translate them into concrete measures for sustainable personnel structures.
• You advise leaders on labor law questions and support personnel measures in close cooperation with our legal experts to ensure safe and founded decisions.
• You ensure high-quality HR processes along the employee lifecycle, standardize and optimize workflows in our growth environment, and strengthen a clear leadership and performance culture throughout the company.

• You bring a completed degree in Human Resources or a comparable field with you.
• You have at least 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner*in in a growing, ideally regulated environment, as well as very sound knowledge of German labor law and relevant experience in cooperation with works councils.
• You work structured and data-based, bring experience in personnel planning with you, and convince through high decision-making ability, assertiveness, and diplomatic skill.
• You have sovereign appearance towards leaders at all levels and the ability to quickly grasp economic connections and place people themes strategically effectively.
• You have very good German and English skills.
