Stellenbeschreibung About your tasks: Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CCO and Commercial leadership team on all people-related matters. Drive the translation of business strategy into people actions, including org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability building. Partner closely with the Development & Culture team on cross-functional topics such as: Job Architecture and career pathing, Talent review processes, Organizational development initiatives and change management. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR projects and initiatives. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in HR.
