Aufgaben

• Comprehensive consulting and support for executives and employees in all personnel economic and labor law matters
• Steering of the entire employee lifecycle
• Independent implementation of personnel individual measures and accompaniment of labor law cases
• Trustworthy and constructive cooperation with the works council
• Counseling and support for management in strategic personnel issues
• Accompanying transformation, organizational development, and change processes
• Strategic guidance and further development of subsidiaries
• Independent leadership and implementation of cross-departmental HR projects
• Development and implementation of modern HR processes and instruments
• Function as central interface between management, executives, and employees

Qualifikation

• Degree or comparable personal economic qualification
• Multiple years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
• Knowledge of individual and collective labor law
• Experience in cooperative work with works councils
• Excellent consulting skills and experience in accompanying executives
• Experience in steering change processes and HR projects
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
