Senior HR Business Partner

Job Description About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal operational role aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives, collaborating closely with C&C and COE team across ANZ. This role is responsible for, but not limited to: Effective business partnering with leaders within the Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales departments across Australia and New Zealand. Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in order to effectively influence and co-create HR initiatives that drive business outcomes. This role will also involve, but not limited to: Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, providing HR guidance and support to leaders, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Additionally, this role will require collaboration with other HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Compensation and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
