We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner for an international organization in the industrial sector, who effortlessly moves between trade union negotiations, senior management, and daily HR processes. In this hands-on role, you will be visible, involved, and the one setting the lines within the Benelux.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact for managers and employees. You will work together with the European HR team and support senior management on topics such as absenteeism, functioning, working conditions, and organizational development.

Your tasks include:

• Negotiating with trade unions and acting as a conversation partner in external consultations;
• Sparring with senior stakeholders and advising them on HR issues;
• Coordinating HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, absenteeism, and reward rounds;
• Serving as the point of contact for the works council.

This role requires someone with self-confidence, overview, and a no-nonsense approach. You:

• Have at least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager;
• Have experience with trade union negotiations and collective agreement negotiations;
• Speak fluent Dutch (must) and feel comfortable in English;
• Are sturdy, but not rigid. You know how to get people on board and set boundaries;
• Are visible, representative, and communicate easily at different levels;
• Have current knowledge of the Netherlands' labor law;
• Think ahead, switch quickly, and keep your head cool when faced with resistance.
