Your Tasks

The Bikeleasing Group has developed into a leading company group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It comprises five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and dealers for refurbished bikes. With our ongoing profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting transformation journey. A central part of this journey is the further development and strengthening of our People Department. Therefore, we are looking for you: a (Senior) HR Business Partner (gn), who not only excels professionally but also wins hearts. Someone who shares knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm with genuine sharing mentality – and at the same time convinces as a strategic sparring partner on eye level.

• As a strategic and trustworthy sparring partner, you advise leadership to all people topics – clearly, sovereignly, and with a keen sense of touch.
• You drive performance-, talent- and organizational development forward and shape modern people processes actively.
• You recognize team and leadership issues early on, address them constructively, and develop together sustainable solutions.
• You win the trust of leaders by presenting yourself convincingly, understanding their different goals, and bringing these into line with the company's people strategies.
• As a moderator, coach, and impulse giver, you convince through analytical sharpness, clever structure, and thoughtful approach.

Your Strengths

• Multiple years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner or in a comparable role with focus on organizational development and leadership consulting.
• Fundamental knowledge in performance-, talent- and change management, as well as labor law issues.
• Strategic thinking, pragmatic action, and communication at eye level characterize you.
• Natural charisma and lightness that connects professionalism with humor.
