Job description

Lust auf Leistung

Nord-Ostsee Automobile is part of the international Van Mossel Automotive Group, one of the most successful automotive trading groups in Europe. Together we combine regional strength with international expertise and shape mobility for tomorrow.

We offer our customers a comprehensive mobility package with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Aston Martin, Hyundai, smart, IVECO, and others. For us, excellent service, innovation, and sustainable customer relationships are at the forefront.

We set great store by trust, personal responsibility, and development opportunities as an employer. We create an environment where people can bring their strengths to bear, develop further, and achieve success together.

Join our HR team and ensure that behind successful HR processes there is structure, service, and organization.

You work organized, keep the overview, and enjoy administrative HR tasks? Then bring your talent into our personnel department. As (Senior) HR Assistant (m/w/d), you will support along the entire Employee Life Cycle, ensure smooth processes, and be an important interface for employees, executives, and our HR Business Partners.

This is your task

  • Personal administration along the Employee Life Cycle:
You will independently process administrative personnel processes – from entry to exit – and ensure reliable and timely processing.

  • Contract and document management:

Together with our HR Business Partners, you will create and manage employment contracts, additional agreements, certificates of employment, and other personnel-related documents.

  • Pursue digital personnel files:
You will maintain, organize, and update our digital personnel files and ensure a structured and legally secure documentation.

  • Interface for employees and executives:
Together with the HR Business Partners, you will be a service-oriented point of contact for personnel-related questions and support in processing more detailed inquiries.

  • HR ticket system and correspondence:
You will process, schedule, and coordinate requests in our HR ticket system and create general employee correspondence, such as certificates, testimonials, jubilee letters, or BEM invitations.

  • Reporting and process optimization:
You will support evaluations and reporting and actively participate in optimizing and standardizing our HR processes.

  • Ausbildungsmanagement und HR-Events:
You will support the planning and implementation of HR events (e.g. annual trainee start), accompany the training department administratively, and work closely with the relevant chambers.

This is what you bring

  • You have a commercial education (with a focus on personnel) or a comparable education that has been successfully completed and ideally already gained several years of practical experience in the operational personnel department.

  • Your responsible work style ensures the flawless processing of your tasks.

  • You are an organizational talent and, in addition to being very meticulous and conscientious in your work, you also have a high level of discretion and a strong service orientation.

  • You are familiar with MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • You work structured, reliable, and keep the overview even when handling multiple tasks at once.

  • Teamwork is self-evident for you. At the same time, you bring initiative with you, think solution-oriented, and approach new tasks openly and enthusiastically.

  • You enjoy providing high-level service and want to create a positive customer experience together with us every day.

  • You have a sense of achievement and see changes as opportunities.

More than just a job – that's what you can expect from us

Nord-Ostsee Automobile stands for quality, innovation, and premium service – and exactly that we live every day. With us, you can expect an environment that fosters performance, development opportunities, and recognition.

  • Futures-oriented work: A modern working environment with the latest technology and digital tools

  • Continuing to grow instead of standing still: Individual further training, seminars, and genuine development opportunities in a growing company

  • Much more for you: Attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement, holiday pay, Christmas bonus, occupational pension provision, and corporate benefits as well as exclusive employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and services

  • Time off to unwind: 30 days of annual leave plus additional leave for special life events

  • Healthy and fit in everyday life: Occupational health management, health offers, sports events, mental health coaching, bike leasing, and free drinks and fresh fruit

  • Thinking ahead: Guaranteed apprenticeship places for the children of our employees

  • A team that sticks together: Structured onboarding process and Onboarding-Day for new colleagues

  • A long-term perspective: A secure job in a successful company
