Do you want to translate complex HR issues into practical and future-oriented HR policy as a Senior HR Advisor? And do you get energy from advising, improving, and getting your hands dirty yourself?

At Priva, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners, HR Director, and HR Operations colleagues. You are an experienced sparring partner for the HR team and the business, and you contribute to complex HR casework, organizational development, and strategic HR projects.

You combine broad HR expertise with a practical approach. From labor law and absenteeism to HR processes, policy, data, and systems: you know what it takes to continuously improve our HR services.

What will you do?

As a Senior HR Advisor:

• advise on complex HR issues, labor law, absenteeism, employment conditions, and organizational changes;

• support HR Business Partners and management in individual and collective HR casework;

• contribute to strategic HR projects related to culture, organizational development, transformation, and HR policy, among other things;

• translate HR strategy and legislation into clear and workable processes and solutions;

• collaborate with HR Operations on professional and efficient HR services;

• analyze and improve HR processes and systems;

• utilize HR data and technology to enable better decisions and process improvements;

• actively work with HR systems such as AFAS and look beyond just the user side to design processes smarter.

Who are you? 

You are an experienced HR professional who easily switches between strategy, advice, and execution. You have a strong substantive HR foundation, but at the same time, you look further: where can processes be improved, what impact does a change have on the organization, and what do managers and employees need?

You are critical when necessary, practical when possible, and know how to involve different stakeholders in changes.

Additionally, you bring:

• a completed HBO or WO education, for example in HRM, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Labor Law;

• approximately 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience, for example as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, or in a comparable broad HR role;

• thorough knowledge of Dutch labor law and social legislation;

• experience with complex HR casework, such as absenteeism, reorganizations, and employment conditions;

• experience with strategic HR projects, policy development, or organizational change;

• the ability to provide strategic advice while remaining involved in operational HR practice;

• affinity with HR technology, HR data, AFAS, and process optimization;

• excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;

• availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.
