Senior HR Advisor (12-month contract)

This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, reporting to the Senior Business Partner. You’ll work alongside a dedicated group of HR Advisors, supporting stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle.

In this true generalist position, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and agile environment. Your responsibilities will span everything from providing expert HR guidance and coaching to managers and supporting our employees, to leading and streamlining key cyclical processes including performance reviews and compensation planning. You’ll play a critical role in driving HR initiatives forward, ensuring smooth operations and helping foster a culture of excellence across the organisation.
