Senior Highway Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Highway Design Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead the design and development of complex highway projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive highway design plans, including alignment, grading, drainage, and traffic control systems
• Utilize advanced highway design software to create detailed 3D models and construction drawings
• Conduct thorough analysis of traffic patterns, environmental impacts, and safety considerations to optimize design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including environmental specialists, geotechnical engineers, and construction managers
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national highway design standards and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality designs on schedule
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the design team
• Prepare and present technical reports, design proposals, and project updates to clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in highway design and engineering
