(Senior) GTM Engineer (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) GTM Engineer (m/f/d), you will build and scale our modern B2B GTM Engine. You will connect data, signals, automation, and AI to translate GTM processes into scalable systems, thereby creating direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

• Signals → Triggers: Identify Buying Signals and translate them into automated GTM actions
• Enrichment & Scoring: Automatically enrich account and contact data, assess ICP Fit & Intent
• Personalized Campaigns: Automate highly personalized outbound campaigns based on data and signals
• Lead Routing: Intelligently prioritize and route leads and accounts based on fit, intent, and engagement
• CRM Automation: Build workflows and data flows between CRM and our GTM stack
• GTM Infrastructure: Develop and scale automations with Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks
• Quickly implement experiments, measure results, and systematize successful approaches

Your Profile

• You have already built a comparable GTM infrastructure yourself
• Several years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, or a comparable B2B environment
• Very good experience with Clay, n8n, and modern GTM tools
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and CRM systems
• Experience with enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated campaigns
• Strong commercial understanding: You optimize not for "more automation," but for pipeline, conversion, and revenue
• Very good German and English language skills
