What you'll be doing As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving subscriber growth across our portfolio of consumer subscription products. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new subscribers, retain existing subscribers, and increase the lifetime value of our subscribers. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive subscriber growth across multiple brands and platforms. Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and content marketing. Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, product, and technology, to improve the subscriber experience. Manage the marketing budget and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs. Identify and test new marketing opportunities to drive growth. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on subscriber acquisition and retention. Proven track record of driving subscriber growth through marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make marketing decisions. Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email, and content marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with subscription marketing platforms and tools. Knowledge of the media industry.
