memodio is a Digital-Health Startup from Potsdam with a clear mission: Dementia prevention, before it begins. With the first doctor-prescribed app against forgetfulness and dementia, we support people in strengthening their cognitive performance, staying physically active, and reducing their dementia risk by a measurable amount. To make this mission happen faster and bigger, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at memodio, who understands growth as a lever for impact: data-driven, creative, experimental, and with the ambition to bring prevention into the mainstream and address one of the biggest health challenges of our time in the long term.

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (100% remote) (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your tasks:
You will have ownership in performance marketing:

• Operative development, implementation, and control of PPC campaigns on common channels
• Budget management and continuous performance optimization to improve ROI and CPA
• Ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting of relevant KPIs

Qualifikation

You bring:

• You have relevant professional experience in marketing, particularly in performance marketing
• You are a growth marketing all-rounder with hands-on mentality and high ownership
• You think strategically, but also work operationally and move confidently between different marketing areas
• You make decisions based on KPIs

Your skills:

Very strong technical understanding in performance marketing (central must-have), particularly in the following areas:

• Experience with leading tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Numerical experience in performance marketing with a focus on PPC
• Numerical experience in operational management of PPC campaigns
• Tracking setup and analytics knowledge
• Creativity in developing copies and creatives
• Very good German language skills at C2 level in writing and speaking

Nice to have:

• Experience in marketing for medical or pharmaceutical markets
• Meta Ads are a big plus point, but not your main focus
