As a Senior Growth Development Manager, you will support our Marketing Leadership Team in planning, steering, and implementing strategic initiatives. You will analyze complex issues, identify growth potentials, and derive data-based recommendations for action that have a direct impact on our marketing strategy and business development.

In this role, you will work on cross-functional projects with high visibility and support driving strategic decisions through sound analysis and structured problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for operational and strategic initiatives in performance marketing, including the planning, creation, and scaling of AI-generated advertisements, as well as the continuous optimization of our paid marketing campaigns.

• You will work very closely with the management team and support your mentor in strategic decisions.

• You will identify projects in the marketing area, devise independent strategies, and implement them with a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.

• You will build growth projects from start to finish in an independent working style and optimize them.

• You will take on ad-hoc projects in various areas and support the marketing team in all its fields of responsibility.

Your Profile

• You have a very successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier business school.

• You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company, such as a startup or in management consulting.

• You are creative and find it easy to convince others.

• You are characterized by an analytical, proactive, and strongly solution-oriented way of working.

• You have a natural strength in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a strong interest in building companies and a strong desire to learn new things.

• You have a goal-oriented work approach, a high degree of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.

• You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and can apply a 100% approach when working on important tasks.

• You set high-quality standards for yourself and others and exhibit a can-do attitude that motivates others.

• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
