The Role As a Crop Genetics Senior Group Leader, you provide strategic, operational, and discretionary leadership to a team of scientists and engineers. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including research directors, scientists, and engineers, as well as external partners and collaborators.
