Senior Group Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

Build our Group Accounting for the next growth phase.

Black Semiconductor is growing internationally and will transition its international reporting to IFRS as of January 1, 2027. At the same time, we are creating the finance structures today that we need for our continued development and international expansion.

In this role, you will not simply take over existing processes – you will help shape them. You will further develop our Group Accounting, Reporting, and consolidation structures and work closely with Finance Leadership, CFO, and Management.

Our Technology

The increasing demands of the semiconductor industry for higher-performance chips with higher bandwidth and lower energy consumption are addressed by our technology. We enable the connection of chips with high-throughput computer networks with minimal latency.

Your tasks

Group Accounting & IFRS: You will continue to build our Group Accounting and IFRS structures and continuously develop them in the course of our international expansion.

Consolidation & Group Reporting: You will be responsible for central topics related to consolidation, Group Reporting, and the further development of our group-wide reporting structures.

International Subsidiaries: You will support the establishment and integration of our international subsidiaries and further develop the necessary accounting structures for them.

Collaboration & Ownership: You will work closely with Finance Leadership, CFO, Management, and relevant stakeholders and contribute your expertise where technical depth and hands-on implementation are required.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in Group Accounting, Consolidated Financial Statements, Consolidation, or International Reporting

• Sound IFRS knowledge and experience with international accounting structures

• Experience with international corporate structures and their accounting requirements

• Demonstrable experience in developing and advancing group-wide accounting, reporting, or consolidation processes

• Experience in actively driving finance transformations, change projects, or comparable development projects

• Strong hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in building structures independently

• Very good German and English language skills
