Senior Group Accountant & Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d)

For our group, we are looking for a Senior Group Accountant & Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d) at one of our locations with the option for mobile working, who takes responsibility and actively shapes further development.

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

• Creation and improvement of Group Accounting with a small team, as well as regional finance and shared service units
• Independent preparation and responsibility for monthly financial reporting, consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, group-wide Accounting Policies, and the Internal Control System (ICS)
• Management of treasury, liquidity, and cash flow planning, as well as central point of contact for CFO, banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant stakeholders
• Further development and harmonization of financial processes, accounting standards, and intercompany and transfer pricing structures, including support for budget and forecast processes
• PE experience in reporting balance sheet key figures

HOW YOU EXCITE US

• Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally supplemented by experience in auditing
• Several years of sound experience in accounting, consolidation, and consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, preferably in a medium-sized environment
• Several years of management experience, as well as strong communication skills and enjoyment in developing high-performing teams
• Analytical and systemic strength, as well as a hands-on mentality for sustainable optimization and scaling of processes and structures
• Fluent German and English language skills, as well as a positive, committed, and design-oriented personality
• System experience: Experience with LucaNet would be a real add-on
