Our Client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for crafting and overseeing the creation of comprehensive signage packages for diverse spaces and businesses, with a specialized focus on designing ADA-compliant signage, including tactile and Braille elements.This senior position requires an exceptional creative eye, superior technical proficiency, the ability to translate complex client needs and regulatory requirements into effective signage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of diverse signage packages, including dimensional lettering and graphic sets, regulatory and safety signage, large format graphics, vehicle graphics and wraps, banners, and general commercial signage.
• Demonstrate professional proficiency and serve as the team expert in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), for efficient and high-quality design work.
• Design and manage the implementation of ADA-compliant signage.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, the production team, and clients to ensure design intent is met, projects are executed seamlessly, and client expectations are exceeded.
• Create professional mock-ups for client review and approval.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize team workflow, and ensure adherence to deadlines and project budgets.
• Prepare detailed production-ready artwork files, ensuring seamless transition to manufacturing.
• Process and manage print-ready files using RIP (Raster Image Processor) software, optimizing layouts for material efficiency and print quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in signage or large-format print.
• Experience with ADA signage (tactile elements, Grade 2 Braille) or willingness to work within accessibility standards.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus solid knowledge of print production and file prep.
• Familiarity with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, FlexiSIGN-PRO) is a plus.
• Experience with wide-format printers or vinyl plotters preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Able to work independently, support others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
