About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in performance marketing. In this role, you’ll create high-quality ad creatives and campaign visuals that not only stand out but also deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling static and motion creatives for paid campaigns across social, display, and performance channels.

• Translate marketing briefs into visuals that maximize click-throughs and conversions.

• Work closely with performance marketers to test, iterate, and optimize creatives.

• Develop visuals that align with brand identity while being tailored for campaign goals.

• Ensure assets are high-quality, optimized for speed, and adaptable across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in graphic design with strong campaign and advertising focus.

• Portfolio showcasing impactful ad creatives and campaign work.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools.

• Strong understanding of digital platforms and ad specifications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
