What You’ll Do

• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

• Collaborate closely with growth marketers and copywriters to translate campaign objectives into conversion-focused visuals.

• Produce static, carousel, and video creatives optimized for engagement and click-through.

• Maintain clean, uncluttered, and highly readable designs that elevate brand presence.

• Test and iterate creatives based on campaign performance data to optimize results.

• Mentor junior designers and help maintain high design standards across all campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in graphic/design roles, with a strong focus on performance marketing.

• Proven experience designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, Instagram, and other paid media platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality, sophisticated, uncluttered visuals with strong readability.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Understanding of conversion-driven design principles and marketing funnels.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment, delivering multiple iterations quickly.
