Graphic Designer This position is part of our creative team in Pune, India General Overview / Purpose of Job: The Graphic Designer is responsible for driving broad conceptual exploration as well as producing all final design assets with a focus on strategic objectives, target key audiences, on-brand messaging and values communication. Under general guidance from the Art Director, you will help establish a creative direction and help lead projects for key partners as you already have a solid understanding of our brand's visual identity, tone, and voice. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet business objectives and align with company values. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer. • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Experience with graphic design software such as Sketch or Figma is a plus.
