Responsibilities

Conception & Production of Advertising Solutions:

• You are strong in implementation, independently conceptualize and produce innovative advertisements for a wide variety of clients – including video, social, mobile, and HTML5 display ads – develop key visuals, and are responsible for coordinating timely execution.
  You will work with state-of-the-art tools such as Figma, Adobe CC (from Photoshop to After Effects), Google Web Designer. HTML and CSS knowledge are nice to have.

Development and Presentation of Creative Pitches:

• You develop and present convincing creative pitches – from the initial idea through concept development to presentation to clients. You ensure that creative visions are strategically thought out and effectively communicated.

Client Communication and Support:

• With your in-depth knowledge of the media industry, you support marketing campaigns for our clients. This means: You manage client meetings and handle email communication to answer client questions and fulfill their needs.

Feedback Coordination and Design Control:

• You skillfully implement client feedback on creative concepts, provide constructive feedback to designers, ensure compliance with client requirements and brand guidelines, and verify the accuracy and quality of concepts.

AI-Powered Creative Production:

• You strategically use AI-based tools in the conception and production of advertising materials, developing innovative approaches and actively steering creative workflows in this direction to make processes more efficient and scalable.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

• To ensure a shared understanding of our clients' goals, you work closely with the entire team.

Qualifications

Experience in Client Support in the Creative Field:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a designer in an agency. You also have experience in client support and self-organization. You are accustomed to understanding client needs, developing creative solutions, and presenting them convincingly.

Skills in Digital Design:

• You master design principles in your sleep and have the ability to give constructive feedback to designers.
• You have visualization skills for sketching creative concepts or providing feedback to designers (PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe programs).

Experience in Creating Creative Pitches:

• You have experience in developing and presenting creative pitches and know how to structure creative ideas, prepare them visually appealingly, and present them convincingly to clients.
• Your strategic understanding helps you to design concepts not only creatively but also goal-oriented.

Experience and Enthusiasm for AI-Powered Content Creation:

• You have experience and expertise in AI-powered content creation and are familiar with the capabilities of current tools.
• You are eager to steer creative workflows in this direction, develop innovative approaches, and use AI as a valuable tool for high-quality advertising content.

Solid Education and Language Proficiency:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field of study or a comparable qualification.
• Communication is your thing. You know exactly how to sell your ideas and explain your visions to others.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and are fluent in German & English.
