Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Präsentation von Creative Pitches

• You develop and present convincing creative pitches – from the initial idea to concept development and presentation to customers. You ensure that creative visions are strategically thought-out and effectively communicated.

Kundenkommunikation und -unterstützung:

• Key Account Management: With your in-depth knowledge of the advertising industry, you support marketing campaigns for our customers. This means you manage customer meetings and handle email communication to answer questions and meet customer needs.

Feedbackkoordination und Designkontrolle:

• You coordinate feedback from our customers on creative concepts, provide constructive feedback to designers, ensure the fulfillment of requirements and brand guidelines for customers, and check the accuracy and quality of concepts.

Konzeption & Produktion von Werbelösungen:

• You conceptualize and produce innovative advertising solutions for key accounts – including video, mobile, and HTML5 display ads – develop key themes and support the coordination of implementation.

Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams:

• To achieve a common understanding of our customers' goals, you work closely with the entire team together.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung im Creative-Bereich:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in customer service within the creative field and digital marketing, ideally in a creative agency.
• You are used to understanding customer needs, developing creative solutions, and presenting them convincingly.

Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Creative Pitches

• You have experience in developing and presenting creative pitches and know how to structure creative ideas, visually present them, and convince customers.
• Your strategic understanding helps you design concepts not only creatively but also goal-oriented.

Skills im digitalen Design

• You master design principles in your sleep and have the ability to give constructive feedback to designers.
• You have visualization skills for sketching out creative concepts or giving feedback to designers (PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe programs).

Erfahrung und Begeisterung für AI-gestützte Content Creation:

• You have experience and expertise in the field of AI-supported content creation and know the possibilities of current tools.
• You are enthusiastic about developing creative workflows in this direction, innovative approaches, and using AI as a valuable tool for high-quality advertising content.

Fundierte Ausbildung und sprachliche Kompetenz:

• You bring a Bachelor's degree in Design or a similar field with you.
• Communication is your thing. You know exactly how to sell your ideas and explain your visions to others.
• You have excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, and speak fluent German and English.
