Job Summary: We're looking for a Graphic Designer/ Art Director to join the cult creative team. This role will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that capture the essence of Cult.fit's brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, art direction, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Cult.fit's visual identity across all marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, and print ads. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. • Design and develop innovative solutions for brand activation, events, and experiential marketing initiatives. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and refine Cult.fit's visual identity. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or in-house design team. • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, art direction, and visual storytelling. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
