Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Concepts & Visual Direction Location : Bangalore · Full-time · Onsite About the Role We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who excels at translating abstract ideas into powerful visuals. This role is concept-heavy—you’ll be driving creative directions and ensuring the brand’s visual identity feels both consistent and forward-looking. What You’ll Do Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives. Lead ideation sessions with stakeholders to brainstorm and refine ideas. Create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, layouts, and presentations. Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams. Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on concept development and visual direction. A strong portfolio showcasing your creative concepts and design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience in branding and visual identity development. Experience with digital and print design. A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
