Senior Graphic Designer

About the Opportunity
A high-energy brand in the Beauty & Personal Care sector operating across DTC e‑commerce and retail. We create premium hair and styling products and deliver bold, digitally native creative to grow brand love and conversion. This is an on-site role based in India to lead visual storytelling across packaging, campaigns, e‑commerce and social.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual execution for product launches, campaigns, and platform-specific creative—concept ➜ design ➜ delivery.
• Design and deliver retail & packaging artwork and print-ready files while managing vendor/printer specifications and QA.
• Create high-conversion e‑commerce and social assets (static and motion) optimised for platform formats and paid media.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video assets to support performance marketing and organic social growth.
• Develop and maintain brand design systems, templates, and asset libraries to ensure consistent visual language across channels.
• Mentor and review work of junior designers; manage priorities and timelines across multi-disciplinary teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven senior-level design experience within beauty, retail, e‑commerce, or agency settings with a strong portfolio of packaging, campaign and digital work.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; proficient with Figma for layout and handoff.
• Experience producing motion assets using Adobe After Effects and preparing short-form video for social platforms.
• Demonstrable expertise in packaging design and print production—artwork setup, dielines, color management and vendor coordination.
• Track record delivering assets for paid media and marketplace listings with attention to CRO and platform specs.
• On-site presence in India with strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for editing performance creative.
• Familiarity with 3D packaging mockups / rendering workflows (Cinema 4D, KeyShot or similar).
• Illustration experience using Procreate or comparable tools.
