Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer with an eye for detail.

At MALUU, we develop high-quality gift, home, and paper products with hand-painted watercolor motifs – from the first sketch to the finished product. To further develop our brand presence, we are looking for a seasoned graphic designer (m/w/d) who supports our team with in-depth knowledge and implements tasks precisely according to our design guidelines and in close coordination with the management.

If you enjoy designing both print and digital projects independently, implementing them production-ready, and actively contributing to the development of our collections, then we look forward to getting to know you.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Design and revision of our bi-annual print catalog, including photo material from our photo studio
• Design of further print promotional materials (flyers, posters, brochures, ads, etc.) according to our design guidelines
• Creation of graphics, banners, posts, mock-ups, etc. for social media and our website
• Design and adaptation of product packaging (labels, stickers, etc.)
• Freezing and color adjustments of image motifs in Photoshop
• Support in product development (supplier search, sample orders, and communication) in close coordination with management
• Participation in our trade shows

Qualification

Your profile

• You have a completed degree or equivalent training in the fields of graphic design, communication design, media design, etc.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in this field
• You have very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• You are confident in the creation of printable print media and web-optimized image formats
• You enjoy tasks that you can reliably, structured, and precisely implement according to instructions
• You have a keen sense of design, typography, and image language, as well as a high standard for details
• You are reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are an asset
• Knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus
• You bring a willingness to travel for our trade shows
