Who we are looking for:

Your ideas shape our creative work.

• Creation of unique (brand) experience worlds
• Development of visual concepts and design solutions
• Idea development with a clear focus on visual design
• Customer and project responsibility at the creative level
• Independent implementation of creative projects
• Presentation and preparation of designs and concepts
• Cross-unit collaboration on full-service projects
• Distribution of operational tasks to junior designers, including a quick quality check
• Proficient use of common tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)

• Several years of experience in a creative or design agency
• Ideal: Completed vocational training in a design field
• The ability to adopt and further develop different styles
• A feel for new, unconventional design solutions
• Experience in designing for various media (print, web, social media, ...)
• Enthusiasm, teamwork skills, and creativity
• Good industry knowledge (culture, art, media...) and plenty of imagination
