Senior GPS Fleet Analyst

Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider. We are currently seeking a Monitoring Coordinator with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the monitoring team, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures; Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement; Develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues found during audits; Collaborate with the Safety department to develop and maintain a comprehensive safety program; Provide training and guidance to the monitoring team on safety protocols and procedures; Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the safety program and make recommendations for improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation or related field; 3+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
