Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

In this newly created key position, you are not just responsible for a few Google Ads campaigns. You are the architect of our Google Core. You connect the entire Google universe, from high-end Performance Marketing and Search to Data & Analytics, to smart Cloud and Tech infrastructures, into a powerful overall strategy. You will build the topic conceptually and structurally from scratch, making it a central driver for our own scaling and market success.

Tasks

• Strategic Core: You conceptualize the holistic Google strategy for eFLY from the ground up, consistently aligning it with long-term scaling and business impact.
• Conceptual Pioneering Spirit: You start from a blank slate. You define the appropriate tech stack, independently set up the necessary infrastructure, and fill the area with life, both operationally and strategically.
• Business Translation: You are our absolute go-to expert for the entire Google ecosystem. You monitor tech trends and new features and translate them directly into profitable cases for eFLY.
• Sustainable Anchoring: You make the Google universe a firm, functioning component of our business model and define KPIs for the future, in order to later (once the foundation is laid) build your own team.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: Several years of solid practical experience in the Google environment, as well as demonstrable success in independently building channels or structures.
• Holistic Google Know-how: Deep knowledge of the entire ecosystem – from Performance Marketing and technical infrastructure to Google Cloud.
• Implementation Strength: Enthusiasm for strategy, paired with the willingness to set up the technical and operational foundation yourself during the start-up phase.
• Analytical Focus: Data-driven work approach, clear KPI thinking, and the ability to precisely prepare complex reports for management.
• Initiative: High degree of independence, assertiveness as a content lead, and the gift of communicating complex issues understandably.
