Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

In this newly created key position, you are not just responsible for a few Google Ads campaigns. You are the architect of our Google core. You connect the entire Google universe, from high-end performance marketing and search to data & analytics, as well as smart cloud and tech infrastructures, into a powerful overall strategy. You build the topic content-wise and structurally from scratch and make it a central driver for our own scaling and market success.

Aufgaben

• Strategischer Core: You conceptualize the comprehensive Google strategy for eFLY from scratch and consistently aligns it with long-term scalability and business impact.
• Inhaltlicher Pioniergeist: You start from a blank slate. You define the suitable tech stack, set up the necessary infrastructure independently, and fill the area operationally and strategically with life.
• Business-Übersetzung: You are our absolute go-to expert for the entire Google ecosystem. You monitor tech trends and new features and translate these directly into profitable cases for eFLY.
• Nachhaltige Verankerung: You make the Google universe a solid, functioning part of our business model and define the KPIs for the future, so that later (once the foundation is in place) you can build your own team.

Qualifikation

• Einschlägige Erfahrung: Several years of fundamental practice in the Google environment, as well as proven success in building channels or structures independently.
• Ganzheitliches Google-Know-how: Deep knowledge of the entire ecosystem – from performance marketing to technical infrastructure and Google Cloud.
• Umsetzungsstärke: Desire for strategy, paired with the willingness to set up the technical and operational foundation in the start phase yourself.
• Analytischer Fokus: Data-based working style, clear KPI thinking, and the ability to prepare precise reports for management.
• Eigeninitiative: High self-initiative, assertiveness as a content lead, and the ability to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible manner.
