We are looking for a senior Google Ads Manager*in (w/m/d), who through their expertise with us, PYNEMA, takes it to the next level:

Tasks

Data-driven. You analyze and optimize data continuously to boost campaign growth.

Collaboration. Develop marketing strategies with our team and customers – goal-oriented and effective.

Account Manager*in. You are the main point of contact for the customer. You conduct independent strategic planning, campaign set-ups, and data analysis.

Success measurement. Implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Analyze campaigns, derive insights, and provide regular reporting.

Creativity. You boost existing campaigns and think beyond the box.

Customer contact. Through your empathetic, professional, and self-assured approach, you build long-term customer relationships.

Qualification

Agile working. You live for E-commerce marketing. You work proactively, efficiently, and solution-oriented.

Experience. Min. 4 years of experience as an Online Marketing Manager, SEM/Performance-Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist in the field of Google Ads and tracking.

Agency experience. You know what it means to work in an agency and adapt to its fast-paced rhythm.

Tracking & Analytics. You have fundamental experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.

A plus. Knowledge of coding in areas like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to adjust tracking scripts.

Languages. Excellent German knowledge (C2). A plus are English language skills (B2).

Communication. Self-assured, empathetic, transparent communication is your everyday routine.

Ongoing learning. You stay up-to-date regarding growth strategies, lead generation, and marketing tools.

Proactive structuring. Organization and structuring of analyses, customers, and meetings are standard for you.
