Google Ads is changing faster than ever due to AI. Therefore, we are not looking for a classic Ads Manager, but someone who wants to rethink performance marketing and help shape the future of the channel.

At EVOLVE Digital, we work AI-first, data-driven, and with a clear focus on measurable results. Together with a team of over 20 e-commerce specialists, you will manage growth clients – 100% remote, with a lot of personal responsibility and no micromanagement. We are continuing to grow and are looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager to join us on this journey.

Your Tasks at a Glance

• Manage & scale Google Ads campaigns profitably (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen)

• Optimize based on contribution margins – not just ROAS

• Strategically lead & independently advise clients

• Analyze account data & derive measures

• Actively use AI tools & co-develop internal standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of practical Google Ads experience in the e-commerce environment

• Your experience is ideally complemented by a degree in Online Marketing, Data Analysis, or a comparable analytical field

• You have strong analytical thinking skills, quick pattern recognition, and a deep understanding of digital marketing

• You are ambitious and want to truly understand Google Ads in depth, not just manage it

• Self-motivated & solution-oriented – you proactively drive projects forward

• Outstanding self-organization and discipline, especially because we work 100% remotely
