Technical Experience:
  • 5+ years as Backend Developer, including min. 3 years with Golang
  • Microservices architecture (REST, gRPC, Pub/Sub, Kafka)
  • Databases: Postgres, SQL - query optimization
  • Kubernetes, Docker, GCP/AWS
  • High-availability systems (high-load, 24/7, zero-downtime)
  • CI/CD pipelines
Mindset:
  • Operational mindset - fault tolerant, scalable systems
  • Monitoring & Observability (DataDog, NewRelic)
  • Test coverage mindset (80%+, willingness to write tests)
  • Fluent English (international teams)
Nice-to-have:
  • Java knowledge (big plus - Java + Go = ideal candidate)
  • Event-driven architecture
  • Experience from ex-Sabre or similar companies
