As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our back-end systems, collaborating closely with our Product Owner and Project Manager to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and secure services using AWS Lambda and Go (Golang).
• Break down complex tasks into manageable work items and maintain an up-to-date backlog.
• Ensure quality through unit and integration tests, code reviews, and adherence to standards.
• Engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure realistic delivery plans.
• Collaborate on requirements traceability from inception to release.
• Maintain healthy DevOps pipelines and enhance build and deploy reliability.
• Focus on security and compliance, supporting documentation for controls like SOC and ISO.
• Create documentation to aid in software operation, troubleshooting, and extension.
• Mentor team members, fostering growth in skills and delivery discipline.

What You Bring:

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, particularly with SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with AWS Lambda.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and source control, preferably GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
