Senior Go-to-Market Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role:

In this role, you will generate demand and convert it into qualified pipeline and revenue. You will build upon our existing GTM strategy and put it into practice. You will remain hands-on throughout.

You will work across the entire funnel. Your targeting is account-based: you decide which accounts you approach, when, and with which message, and build the appropriate campaigns from them.

You will align demand generation and sales and make your impact visible through clear KPIs. In our AI-first environment, you will have the freedom to build the tools and structures you need to achieve this.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for demand generation and reliably acquire qualified leads. You will continuously try new approaches.

• You will prioritize accounts and target them with specific campaigns, tailored to the timing and message.

• You will build the funnel from the first touchpoint to handover to Sales, with conversion paths into CRM and A/B tests.

• You will develop B2B campaigns and implement them yourself through Paid, Organic, Outbound, and Lifecycle channels.

• You will independently develop nurturing flows and automations, using AI as a lever. Our internal AI experts will support you in this.

• You will set up tracking and reporting yourself and steer data-driven adjustments.

• You will structurally hand over qualified leads and marketing signals to Sales and accompany the transition to opportunity.
  

What You Bring:

• You have a proven track record of building pipeline in the B2B SaaS environment, ideally for a complex solution with long sales cycles.

• You have successfully implemented account-based marketing multiple times yourself.

• You know which channels and tools are effective and can make them work hands-on.

• Making data-driven decisions is second nature to you, and you are proficient in handling campaign and pipeline KPIs.

• You have mastered Marketing Automation, CRM, and performance channels. Experience with AI-powered workflows is a clear plus.

• You have very good German language skills and are fluent in English.
