Do you love successfully bringing new products to market and managing complex marketing projects? Then become our Senior Go-to-Market Manager (m/f/d) and take responsibility for successful launches and the further development of our Go-to-Market strategy.

• Go-to-Market Project Management: You will independently plan, prioritize, and manage our product and vertical launches, for example, for new treatment offerings such as Weight Loss, Hair Loss, or Men's Health. You will also coordinate trade fair appearances and strategic special projects for the entire corporate group, ensuring that all projects are implemented in a structured, timely, and successful manner.

• Campaign Management from A to Z: You will develop cross-channel marketing campaigns from the initial idea to successful go-live. You will coordinate briefings, production, implementation, and optimization together with our internal experts from Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, and other specialist areas.

• Marketing Concepts & Decision-Making Bases: You will translate strategic ideas from management into concrete marketing roadmaps. To do this, you will create persuasive pitch decks, decision papers, briefings, and concepts that enable well-founded decisions and efficiently move projects forward.

• Management of External Partners: You will coordinate our agencies and service providers, formulate clear briefings, manage feedback processes, and ensure that all external services are optimally integrated with our internal teams and meet the highest quality standards.

• Optimization of Our Go-to-Market Processes: You will continuously improve our launch and campaign processes. Through standardized playbooks, templates, and structured rollout processes, you will ensure that new products are brought to market faster, more efficiently, and with consistently high quality.

• Demonstrable Go-to-Market Experience: You have already independently managed marketing campaigns or product launches and can present concrete projects with measurable results.

• Several Years of Experience in D2C Marketing: You have at least five years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the D2C or e-commerce environment. You have worked closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, and Creative, and understand how successful marketing strategies function holistically.

• Strong Project Management Skills: You can plan complex projects in a structured manner, break them down into work packages, and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Even with a fast pace and changing priorities, you work in an organized, solution-oriented way and maintain an overview at all times.

• Communication Skills at All Levels: You can explain complex topics clearly, formulate persuasive briefings and decision documents, and communicate confidently with internal teams, external partners, and management.

• Hands-on Mentality & Self-Responsibility: You work proactively, pitch in yourself, and independently bring projects to completion. You think entrepreneurially, recognize optimization potential, and implement it pragmatically.

• Ideally Experience in HealthTech or Startup Environment: Knowledge of regulated markets such as telemedicine or HealthTech, as well as experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups, are a plus. Initial exposure to tools like Figma or Adobe, along with a good sense for design, will round off your profile.
