Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
• Experience designing and building high-performance, scalable backend systems
• Experience working with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience working in an English speaking environment

Skills:

• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of Go concurrency, memory management, and performance optimisation
• Ability to architect and lead the development of complex backend systems
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical direction
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java or Python for cross-language system integration
