Senior Global SOX Compliance Analyst

Position: Senior Global SOX Compliance Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance & Audit Senior to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance across the organization, with a focus on risk identification, internal control testing and review, as well as reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP), risk and compliance frameworks, and experience in SOX compliance. Responsibilities: • Support and maintain SOX 404 compliance across the organization, including risk identification, internal control testing and review, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to financial reporting. • Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements. • Identify and report any material weaknesses or significant deficiencies in internal controls. • Stay up-to-date on changes to SOX regulations and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve internal controls and risk management processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or compliance role. • Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX 404 requirements. • Experience with risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., COSO). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
