Their team of engineers and managers delivers high-quality, innovative work across civil and environmental engineering, geotechnics, infrastructure, and land and groundwater quality.

Due to an increase in workload our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with our dynamic and forward-thinking engineering firm. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in geotechnical engineering, PLAXIS, and rail infrastructure to shape the future of our industry.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in geotechnical engineering, with a strong understanding of PLAXIS software and its application in rail infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record of delivering successful geotechnical engineering solutions in the engineering and manufacturing sector
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
  • Effective communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in the engineering and manufacturing sector
