We are looking for you immediately at one of our German locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Leipzig, Berlin, Essen or Frankfurt am Main!

Your tasks

Data and AI are your home? Your new challenge will be shaped as follows:

• Taking over the technical responsibility for the care and development of demonstrators for our Business Development
• Active pursuit of current trends and developments in the field of Generative AI through continuous research and experimentation with new tools
• Taking over the leadership or participating in projects with a focus on technical steering - special attention is paid to quality assurance in the areas of Data Science and Prompt Engineering
• Conceptualizing and implementing internal training sessions to deepen knowledge within the team and promote continuous learning within the company
• Active participation in relevant conferences and holding presentations to share acquired knowledge and appear as an expert and representative of our company
• Supporting the marketing team in customer acquisition and sales through convincing pitches for technical solutions
• Sketching architectural diagrams for Generative KI solutions

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? You should bring this:

• Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a natural sciences program
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, as well as travel readiness within the scope of consulting activities
• Experience in developing Generative AI models and their application in real projects
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, as well as out-of-the-box thinking
• A high level of engagement for continuous learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies
• Very good knowledge of coding and software development (Python, object-oriented), with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), OpenAI API/Aleph Alpha API, and HuggingFace
• Ideal experience in probabilistic modeling, text processing & NLP, transformer, conversational AI, stable diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, operation of local (open source) foundation models & fine-tuning
