Senior General Manager - Executive Protection & Operations

A leading security services provider in Centurion is looking for a General Manager for its VIP Division. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in executive and personal protection, excellent crisis management skills, and the ability to enhance operational planning. The ideal candidate will have a PSIRA Grade A qualification and at least 10 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include managing operational performance, recruiting staff, and overseeing strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of security personnel; • Develop and implement effective operational plans; • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; • Identify and mitigate potential risks to VIPs; • Provide exceptional customer service; • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs.
