Senior General Ledger Accountant (m/f/d)

Take responsibility for our General Ledger and shape our finance structures.

Black Semiconductor is growing internationally and is further expanding its Finance organization for the next phase of growth. In this role, you will take responsibility for our General Ledger and the closing process within the team, while ensuring that our accounting processes keep pace with our growth.

This isn't just about reliably executing existing processes. You will bring in your experience, further develop structures, and, together with our Finance team, shape the establishment of our German and Dutch companies.

Your tasks

Responsibility for our General Ledger: Together with the team, you will take over the general ledger accounting and ensure reliable and high-quality financial accounting.

Closing & Financial Statements: You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure a structured and efficient closing process.

Operational Accounting Excellence: You will take on operational accounting tasks, perform account reconciliations, and ensure the high quality of our financial data.

Further develop processes: You will question existing accounting processes, further develop them, and create efficient and scalable structures together with the Finance team.

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in General Ledger Accounting, Financial Accounting, or Closing

• In-depth experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Very good knowledge of German accounting standards and relevant HGB requirements

• Experience in operational accounting and enjoyment of taking responsibility for day-to-day business

• Distinct hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility

• Enjoyment in further developing existing processes and actively shaping structures in a growing company

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
