Your Capco Tasks

• You design and implement scalable, production-ready Python applications. Your focus is on GenAI, especially large language models (LLMs) and vector search, to optimize data processing and document search
• You use novel techniques for document splitting and embedding to ensure optimal search performance and high relevance
• The development of intuitive user interfaces is ideally done with Angular or React to ensure seamless integration into applications
• You integrate GenAI technologies into applications and continuously explore new technologies and methods to improve project outcomes
• In close cooperation with stakeholders, you ensure that best practices are followed in all activities to guarantee the highest quality standards

Your Capco Profile

• Over 5 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade, scalable Python applications with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
• Over 1 year of experience in developing and deploying customer solutions powered by GenAI technologies
• Expertise in the application of large language models and vector search technologies, with the ability to use these tools to solve complex challenges in data extraction and analysis
• Proven experience in applying various architectures and methods for extracting, splitting, and embedding unstructured data for optimal search results, demonstrating a deep understanding of data processing and optimization techniques for GenAI retrieval
• Proven experience in applying various approaches to avoid 'false positives' during the retrieval process
• Knowledge in frontend development with Angular or React is a plus, with the ability to create engaging user interfaces that complement AI-powered applications
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions) is a plus
• Knowledge in Azure infrastructure (network resources, monitoring, and observability) is also considered an advantage
• Your fluent German and English skills, as well as unrestricted mobility in (inter-)national travel, complete your profile
