Senior Gameplay Animator

Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator to join our Warsaw office and contribute to the development of Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role, you’ll be working closely with designers and other multidisciplinary team members to create immersive gameplay content - from initial concepting, quick iteration (while supporting design requirements), to finished animations. This is a hands-on position that combines creativity, technical knowledge, and collaboration. As a Senior Gameplay Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations that meet the project’s artistic and technical requirements. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that your animations align with the game’s overall vision and style. Your tasks will include: • Developing and refining animation concepts based on design requirements and project goals • Creating and editing animations using various tools and software • Collaborating with designers, artists, and other team members to ensure that your animations meet the project’s artistic and technical requirements • Participating in regular reviews and feedback sessions to ensure that your work meets the project’s standards • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in animation and game development • Participating in knowledge-sharing and skill-building activities to improve your skills and contribute to the team’s growth and development.
