About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Game Developer to join our IT team. The

ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in game development, design, and

optimization, with strong expertise in game engines like Unity/Unreal. You will lead game

development projects, collaborate with designers and artists, and mentor junior developers while ensuring high-quality game delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of interactive and engaging games across multiple
• platforms (mobile, PC, or console).
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and product teams to transform concepts into fully
• functional games.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C#, C++ or similar languages.
• Optimize game performance for smooth gameplay across devices.
• Implement core game mechanics, physics, UI/UX, AI, and multiplayer functionality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and post-launch.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in game development, with proven project deliveries.
• Strong proficiency in Unity3D / Unreal Engine.
• Solid programming knowledge in C#, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience with multiplayer game development, networking, and APIs is a plus.
• Understanding of game physics, animations, rendering, and AI.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in AR/VR game development.
• Knowledge of shader programming and graphics optimization.
• Exposure to mobile game monetization strategies (IAP, ads, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based services for multiplayer and backend systems.
