Senior Funnel Specialist (m/f/d)

Most copywriters write sentences that sound good. We are looking for someone who writes sentences that sell.

If you read an ad and immediately see which hook grabs, which angle works, and where the reader drops off before buying — then keep reading. If "creative writing" isn't enough for you and you want to know why one sentence converts and another doesn't — then even more so.

With a team of over 150 people at our locations in Hamburg and Kiel, as well as our own logistics center in Lensahn covering approximately 22,000 square meters, we are further expanding Europe's leading footwear and fashion brand.

Our clear goal: to scale from currently mid-eight-figure to nine-figure annual revenues. To achieve this, we need to constantly reach new people, gain their trust, and convince them to buy — through avenues we haven't explored yet.

For this, we are looking for a Senior Funnel Specialist (m/f/d) who will be textually responsible for the complete funnel journey from the first ad to the completion of the purchase.

• You will write advertisements, product descriptions, and website copy along the entire journey: Advertisement → Product Page → Purchase
• You think of Performance Marketing as psychology – you convince emotionally AND rationally, not "like in retail"
• You build authority and trust with your texts (social proof, possibly references from well-known industry voices)
• You will develop new content funnel formats with us that we haven't used before: Advertorials, Listicles, and Native Ads (e.g., through online magazines) – with a call-to-action after an informative article instead of a classic ad
• You tell relatable storytelling around our USP
• You ensure that purchase barriers are lowered with trust elements (e.g., Klarna, PayPal) on our website
• You deeply immerse yourself in the needs of our target audience and consistently write in our brand voice
• You don't have to implement media buying operationally yourself – but you understand how Facebook Ads generally work and think like someone who would buy themselves

• You have approximately 3 years of experience as a copywriter in marketing (product texts, website texts, or similar)
• You have excellent German AND English skills
• You have already worked as a Creative Strategist, Media Buyer, or Copywriter (or a combination thereof)
• You research thoroughly, write creatively, and understand the psychology behind a purchase decision
• You have a basic understanding of media buying / how Facebook Ads work
• Ideally, you have already written in industries with a strong direct-response tradition
• You have solid IT skills
