To take our funnel landscape to the next level, we're looking for you as a Senior Funnel Designer (m/w/d), who combines design, conversion, and product thinking - and is responsible for the content and visual aspects of our lead funnels. 100% from home office or at our Bremer Office.

This is what you'll be doing

• You will be responsible for concept, design, and further development of our websites/portals, landing pages, and funnels across all products
• You will analyze competitors, trends, and best practices proactively and lead to concrete ideas and tests
• You will create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes (primarily in Figma), which will be implemented by our web/IT team
• You will prioritize tests and requirements for our web development team
• You are responsible for the final acceptance of all results in the area of funnel and design

This is what you bring with you

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing, CRO, and funnel design
• A very strong design eye, combined with understanding of what really converts
• Experience as Product Owner, Funnel Owner, or interface between Marketing & Tech/Web
• Very comfortable handling Figma, as well as experience with WordPress, Perspective, Framer, Photoshop (or comparable tools)
• Good understanding of copywriting, marketing psychology, and user guidance
• Structured, prioritizing work style – you can say no and make decisions
• High quality standards, critical thinking, and proactivity
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, heatmaps, user research
