Your tasks

• Analysis and concept of the necessary professional and regulatory requirements for this project, focusing on statistical and supervisory reporting (BAIS) as well as program credits for the promotional business

• Creation of concepts regarding the necessary professional and technical requirements for this project

• Conducting tests of the implemented requirements within the scope of the project, along with documentation of the corresponding test results

• Documentation of relevant processes in the project environment

• Training of employees at the institute regarding the measures set up within the scope of this project

Must-have requirements

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable qualification

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector

• In-depth experience with migrating delivery systems to a central data warehouse (DWH)

• Understanding of audit events from Murex and their impact on bank-wide processes

• Relevant project experience in the context of promotional banks

• At least 3 years of relevant project experience, including documentation, concept, test, protocol, and reporting

• Specific knowledge in BAIS SST generation based on HANA views, focusing on securities and own emissions

• At least 4 years of practical experience in preparing closing statements according to HGB (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements) using SAP

• Experience in analyzing payment flows and comparing them with the balance sheet representation in sAFI, as well as error analysis in the ETL context (SAP BW, HANA Studio, BAIS)

• Very good professional knowledge in at least one of the following areas: reporting, risk controlling, accounting, backoffice (operations), promotional business or credit

• Very good professional knowledge in one or more of the following systems/modules: SAP S4/HANA (FI, CO, MM, BP), SAP AFI/FPSL, SAP FRDP, FSDP/FSDM, SAP CML/CMS or BAIS

• In-depth SAP know-how and routine handling with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking

The project start is planned for 08.01.2026 with an initial duration of 12 months and an estimated workload of 138 person-days. The deployment location will be flexibly adjusted between the parties.
