Senior Fund Legal Officer

The companies belonging to the group are active in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. Our strongly growing company is independent and fully owned by the management at 100%. As Senior Fund Legal Officer (m/w/…), you will be responsible for the legal structuring of funds, including the preparation of fund documentation, the coordination of internal and external stakeholders, as well as the monitoring of regulatory requirements. You will also support the development of new products and services, as well as contribute to the further expansion of our team. The ideal candidate has a law degree (LL.B.) or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with a focus on fund structuring and administration. In addition, you should have excellent knowledge of Swiss and international financial regulations, as well as strong communication skills. German language skills are required.
